1) Click "New Application", below, you will be taken to our application form.

2) Be sure to fill out each required field with all relevant details.

3) When you have finished your application, click "Submit" at the bottom of the form. You'll be returned to the Corporate Kids Events website.

 4)  “ If you have previously submitted an application and just need to update your contact info, just click on New Application and fill out JUST the contact info and then press “Submit”
